Jana Kramer opened up about abusive relationships she's endured in the past in a raw social media post on Monday.
The 37-year-old Hallmark actress penned a lengthy post to her 2 million Instagram followers in which she discusses her journey to healing after apparently being on the receiving end of threats and examples of gaslighting from previous partners.
Kramer's post featured two powerful images of herself holding up pieces of paper with messages. The first shows the country singer looking somber as she gazes down at a message that reads, “I'm broken & I'm not enough” in handwriting. In the second photo, Kramer offers a smile to the camera with another handwritten message that says, “I'm not broken I AM Enough.”
She then opened up about conquering “the voices” in her head.

“I’ve been mentally physically and emotionally abused in past relationships. I allowed certain behaviors to continue on because I actually believed the negative voices in my head that were spoken to me,” her post begins.

She then shares quotes that appear to have been things that were said to her in her past such as “No one will want you,” “you're the problem,” and “I'm going to kill you.” A fourth reads, “I barely pushed you, don't be so dramatic.” Kramer also implied that she was previously told, “You bruise easily, I hardly touched you, you're crazy.”
Another quote she shares is, “if you wore something sexier I would sleep with you.” Kramer revealed that these negative statements sent her the message that she wasn't “enough” and “I'm not worthy of love.”
The single mother of two then got real about how past abusive relationships have stunted the realization of her positive attributes.

“For years I’ve repeated patterns, fallen into the trap of believing those voices, hurting myself and hurting others because of my desire to be chosen, to be enough. And I’ve fallen for the same abuse in a relationship because it’s what I thought I deserved. My healing…your healing…our healing is to stop those negative voices,” Kramer added.

“Now is the time to grow, learn, HEAL, and love ourselves. We are enough. You are enough. I am enough,” she continued.

The singer then implored her followers to share their own negative self-talk stories and the positive reinforcements they've begun telling themselves afterward, with the hashtag #voicesinmyhead. “Let's choose to believe the positive voices,” she concludes in the post.
Kramer's statements come months after she filed for divorce from her ex, Mike Caussin. She cited “adultery” and “inappropriate marital conduct” as her reason for ending their six-year marriage.

Meanwhile, Kramer's recent outings with Kristin Cavallari's ex, Jay Cutler, have fueled dating rumors. Just last week, she opened up about an awkward run-in she encountered when she and Cutler ran into Caussin during a night out.

‘Dancing with the Stars’ addresses Cheryl Burke’s coronavirus diagnosis, explains how Season 30 will go on

Monday’s episode of “Dancing with the Stars” revealed how the show will forge ahead in light of Cheryl Burke testing positive for the coronavirus in the midst of the competition.
The dancing pro, 37, who is fully vaccinated, announced the news on her Instagram Sunday evening in an emotional video ahead of Monday’s night of performances. Due to procedures in place to ensure that the coronavirus doesn’t spread to more cast and crew members, Burke noted she would have to quarantine for at least ten days, thus missing a portion of Season 30.
Host Tyra Banks opened Monday's episode by quickly acknowledging the situation and revealing how the show plans to go on with one of its dancing duos unable to come to the studio.
“She and Cody Rigsby were in close contact,” Banks explained (via Yahoo Entertainment). “Although he's also fully vaccinated, out of an abundance of caution, he's not in the ballroom tonight. However, this does not mean they're out of the competition.”

Banks said that, rather than have Burke and Rigsby perform in front of the live audience and judges, they would instead be judged based on a pre-recorded practice session in which they did their complete dance for the week. While it was a less-than-ideal way to measure their progress in week two, their score of 24 out of 40 wasn’t bad, all things considered. In the end, Burke and Rigsby were safe for another week as “Karate Kid” actor Martin Kove was the first contestant of Season 30 to get the boot alongside partner Britt Stewart.
After their performance, Burke and Rigsby were then brought in via video chat to sit for the judging portion of their dance remotely.

This offered Burke a chance to update viewers on her condition and once again advocate for people to get vaccinated.
“I'm feeling OK. I'm just grateful that I got vaccinated so I know it could have been way worse,” Burke explained. “And I'm proud of Cody. He worked so hard this week. I just hope to be back soon in the ballroom.”
Burke first announced she had tested positive on her Instagram Sunday, noting that, although she was fully vaccinated with Moderna, she began to feel symptoms and got tested out of an abundance of caution.

“The PCR test came back and it came back positive and I just feel so bad… I feel so bad for Cody, I feel like I’m letting him down,” Burke says while fighting back tears. “I just feel like sh–, to be quite honest. And It’s so overwhelming because it’s Sunday and the show is tomorrow.”

She added later in the video: “Yeah, I figured I should let you guys know since I’ve been as open and as real and vulnerable as I could be here. I just hope I didn’t spread it. For those of you who don’t think COVID is a real thing, it’s f—ing real, dude.”

Bethenny Frankel catches backlash for alleged ‘transphobic’ comments about pronouns made on a recent podcast

Bethenny Frankel is facing backlash for “transphobic” comments she made on her “Just B” podcast.
The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum, 50, opened her most recent episode by pontificating about pronouns and gender identity — as they pertain to her 11-year-old daughter, Bryn.
“We have to go into the fact that I did a Zoom for my daughter’s school and [had] the pronouns conversation with each teacher, each parent, each child,” Frankel began, seemingly frustrated.
“And my daughter says in school, too, that everybody has to say their pronouns.”
She continued, “And my daughter didn’t even know what hers were … [She said], ‘I know what I am or what I think I am, but I have never said it out loud. It hasn’t come up for me.’ So she said she didn’t know.”

The Skinnygirl founder lamented further by sharing a summer camp story that convoluted anatomy, sexuality and gender identity, all at once.
“It’s an all-girls camp and a person with a penis, who identifies as being a girl, went to the camp and was in the bunk with the girls. And the girls saw her — because it’s her, because it’s a male anatomy but identifying as a woman — so the other girls saw a penis. They’re 9, 10 years old, so the parents obviously weren’t that happy,” she said.
The former Bravo star then claimed she heard the aforementioned child was “making out with a lot of different girls at the camp.”
Frankel went on to say that Bryn — whom she shares with ex-husband Jason Hoppy — has a solid understanding of gender identity and the importance of using correct pronouns: “It’s amazing.”
Still, the “Big Shot With Bethenny” host implied that she might not let her daughter sleep in the same bunk as a transgender child.
BETHENNY FRANKEL BRINGS EMERGENCY AID TO TEXAS AMID DEADLY WINTER STORM
“But she also hasn’t seen a penis. So, in a camp, she’d see girl parts so I think these conversations are also fluid,” she said. “It’s an interesting conversation about a girl, female anatomy being in a male anatomy bunk or vice versa. OK?”
According to 2020 research from the Trevor Project, which provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to at-risk LGBTQ youth, “Respecting pronouns is part of creating a supportive and accepting environment, which impacts well-being and reduces suicide risk.”
Frankel — who also questioned trans inclusion in school sports and later implied that one’s gender identity could simply be a “phase” — was met with fierce criticism from LGBTQ advocates on Twitter.
“Hi Beth! I was going to quote the transphobic language you used in the horrific intro to this episode, but it’s too hurtful to even put it in writing,” one user fumed. “Maybe do the bare minimum of research before you speak to your audience?”

Another person wrote, “Decided to listen to it because I saw this tweet. Interesting how no one listened to this back and said ‘yea maybe we shouldn’t post this intro’ ….. cmon.”
Meanwhile, another added, “Agree I’ve listened to almost every episode and this rant was completely offensive and disgusting. How dare she.”

And one more remarked, “Ew Bethany [sic]. Not cool!!!”
A rep for Frankel did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

What’s next for R. Kelly following guilty verdict in sex trafficking trial?

R. Kelly was found guilty on all nine counts in his racketeering and sex trafficking case on Monday.
The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York confirmed the conviction on Twitter. “R. Kelly has been convicted of racketeering by a federal jury in Brooklyn,” the statement read.
“R. Kelly found guilty on ALL COUNTS,” it later added.
The jury of seven men and five women found the 54-year-old singer guilty on their second day of deliberations. He wore a face mask below black-rimmed glasses, remaining motionless with eyes downcast, as the verdict was read in federal court in Brooklyn.

Prosecutors alleged that the entourage of managers and aides who helped Kelly meet girls — and keep them obedient and quiet — amounted to a criminal enterprise. Two people have been charged with Kelly in a separate federal case pending in Chicago.
He faces the possibility of decades in prison for crimes including violating the Mann Act, an anti-sex trafficking law that prohibits taking anyone across state lines “for any immoral purpose.”
However, it'll be months before the R&B superstar, known for his anthem “I Believe I Can Fly,” will be sentenced. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 4.

One of Kelly's lawyers, Deveraux Cannick, said he was disappointed and hoped to appeal.
“I think I’m even more disappointed the government brought the case in the first place, given all the inconsistencies,” Cannick said.
Kelly, born Robert Sylvester Kelly, has been jailed without bail since in 2019.

Two separate legal cases involving the singer still exist in Illinois and Minnesota. He's pleaded not guilty to sex-related charges in both states.
However, the timeline for the separate cases is unclear. Trial dates for the cases have yet to be scheduled. The delays are likely due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Kelly's criminal charges were covered in the docuseries “Surviving R. Kelly,” which made his case stand out amid the #MeToo era.

Britney Spears says latest documentary left singer scratching her head ‘a couple of times’

Britney Spears is speaking out.
Earlier this year, interest in the 39-year-old pop star's conservatorship case skyrocketed with the release of the New York Times' documentary “Framing Britney Spears,” which examined her life, career and court battle.
On Friday, Sept. 24, a follow-up documentary called “Controlling Britney Spears” was released and on Sunday, CNN premiered a special titled “Toxic: Britney Spears' Battle For Freedom.”
It's unclear which of the two projects Spears is referring to, but on Monday, the star said the “last documentary” left her scratching her head “a couple of times.” Previously, Spears had said the unnamed documentary was simply “not true” in a since-deleted post.

“It's really crazy guys … I watched a little bit of the last documentary and I must say I scratched my head a couple of times,” Spears herself wrote on Instagram on Monday without specifying which project and what parts of the project she was referring to.
Spears also shared the message alongside a brief video clip of her standing outside with a breeze blowing through her hair.
“I really try to disassociate myself from the drama!!!” she added.

The “Toxic” singer then shared a few thoughts on the unnamed documentary that seemed to be sarcastic based on the various emojis she paired them with like shrugging women and faces with eyes rolled upwards.
“Number one … that's the past!!! Number two … can the dialogue get any classier???” she wrote. “Number three … wow they used the most beautiful footage of me in the world!!!”
According to TMZ, citing sources, Spears was reportedly referring to the CNN special.
She also gave a sarcastic nod to the “effort” put in by the filmmakers before addressing “The Rose Project.” According to Distractify, Spears has been cryptic when previously discussing the project but has confirmed that her repeating outfits and using roses in the captions of her Instagram posts are, in fact, intentional moves on her part.

“Wow … since it's such a kind world I will say The Rose Project did stick and I will tell you why … do you think things happen for a reason or by chance???” the star continued in her post on Monday.
“The Rose Project – MY ROSE PROJECT – made me a believer !!!” The day I first posted The Rose Project a random red rose beaded bracelet showed up at my door and I never even ordered it !!! Nobody in the world knew about it except for me !!! I will never forget that day,” she said.

Lena Dunham marries Luis Felber

Lena Dunham married boyfriend Luis Felber in a secret ceremony over the weekend, multiple sources confirmed to Page Six.
Reps for Dunham didn’t return our request for comment.

Felber seemingly hinted at the special occasion early Sunday by posting The Zombies’ song “This Will Be Our Year” on his Instagram Story with heart and alien emojis.
We confirmed the former “Girls” star was dating the English Peruvian musician, who is known professionally as Attawalpa, in early June after she hinted in April to the New York Times that she had been dating someone for a “few months.”
Dunham, 35, confirmed the relationship herself just a few days later in a romantic birthday tribute to Felber.
“When I was 3 weeks old in downtown Manhattan, I had no idea a baby was being born in England (Winchester, no less!) who would rocket into my life — wearing a lime green polar fleece snood — and challenge so many of my beliefs about myself and the world with magical abandon,” she gushed.
She ended the post with lyrics from The Zombies’ “This Will Be Our Year” — their song of choice, it seems — writing, “The warmth of your love is like the warmth of the sun and this will be our year, took a long time to come.”

The “Not That Kind of Girl” author previously dated pop impresario Jack Antonoff for five years until December 2017, when they called it quits. Antonoff remained in their Brooklyn pad while Dunham relocated to her parents’ home.

“As my relationship had unbraided itself, I would often fantasize about my own space … But that was easy to imagine with a living, breathing body beside me, the constant option to call someone and complain about the chaos of my day or the stain on my skirt or the irritatingly apologetic way in which the woman at the pharmacy had asked for two forms of I.D.,” she reflected months after the split.
“Now, security blanket removed, folded and shipped to some distant warehouse, I moved in with my parents and lay across their spare bed texting everyone I knew, ‘sup?’”

Kevin Federline’s attorney responds to Britney Spears security claims

close Video Britney Spears’ boyfriend, Sam Asghari, talks pop star’s music career Sam Asghari revealed whether or not Britney Spears will return to the stage in the near future
Kevin Federline would be furious if the claims that his children’s private conversations with mom, Britney Spears, had been secretly recorded prove to be true, his attorney exclusively tells Page Six.
“I think that would be pretty outrageous and Kevin would be upset about that,” lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told us on Monday, following The New York Times’ bombshell report over the weekend that first exposed the allegations.
“It would be extremely inappropriate for a parent, let alone a grandparent, to clandestinely procure recordings between a parent and their children,” the attorney added. “Regardless of whether or not the grandfather, in this case, Jamie is a conservator or not.”
BRITNEY SPEARS' FATHER ALLEGEDLY MONITORED HER TEXTS AND CALLS 'FOR HER PROTECTION'
According to The Times, Jamie, 69, and the security firm he hired, Black Box Security, ran an “intense surveillance apparatus” that monitored Britney’s communications and “secretly captured audio recordings from her bedroom, including her interactions and conversations with her boyfriend and children.”
Kaplan told Page Six he and Federline, 43, had never heard of the allegations prior to our call and that he had “no way of knowing whether the allegations are true.”
Reps for Jamie and Edan Yemini, the head of Britney’s security team, could not immediately be reached for comment.
Kaplan told us despite not knowing if the claims were completely true, he said he doesn’t think “it would be appropriate” for Black Box to “continue on” as Britney’s security if the allegations are accurate.
He explained that “clandestine electronic eavesdropping” in California is a felony and “even if someone is a conservator for the person” that is clandestinely being electronically recorded, he would “think that that would be prohibited and completely inappropriate.”
The family law lawyer pointed out that Federline and Britney’s two sons, Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, are minors and therefore could not give permission to be recorded.
Video”They certainly couldn’t give their consent and certainly Kevin would never agree to such a thing,” he said.
When asked whether Federline would press charges over the alleged security issues, Kaplan told us, “Kevin would be making the decision on that.”
Earlier on Monday, Britney’s own attorney, Mathew Rosengart, also blasted Jamie over the spying allegations.
He told Page Six following a damning court filing, “Placing a listening device in Britney’s bedroom would be particularly horrifying and corroborates so much of her compelling, poignant testimony. Mr. Spears has crossed unfathomable lines.”
A court date is set for Wednesday, Sept. 29, in which a judge may decide whether Jamie will be permanently removed from his daughter’s conservatorship and whether or not the guardianship will be terminated altogether.

Kaplan previously told Page Six that the termination of Britney’s conservatorship does not guarantee a change in the exes’ custodial case. Federline and Britney have a 70-30 custody agreement in the DJ’s favor.
“Would the fact alone of the conservatorship being terminated in and of itself make Kevin agree to change the existing custody order? No,” he told us in June, citing some of the medical care Britney allegedly received while under the conservatorship. “Kevin needs to be able to have some information to inform his judgment on what that order should be.”
Federline got engaged in June 2004 after two months of dating. They were married from October 2004 to July 2007. The former backup dancer also has four kids from other relationships.
Britney is currently engaged to fiancé Sam Asghari, and has expressed a desire to have more children.
